Describe Dashboard usage in the existing documents

Description

We should update our existing documents with Dashboard usage description. For example:

• Installation docs
• Tutorials (examples)
• potentially Content development guide

This is a follow-up of the issue capactio/capact#599 (as a part of it we also introduced basic documentation - see #94)

If we want to achieve feature parity first, then this task depends on:

• Implement TypeInstance management view dashboard#13
• Implement Global and Action Policy management dashboard#14

Reason

We should treat Dashboard as an equal alternative for CLI.

Use cases

As a System User, I want to know how to use Capact Dashboard to speed up my work.
