Support 16 KB page sizes

Do you have a plan to rebuild the native code to avoid violating Google’s new requirements?
According to Google’s updated packaging requirements,
I’m currently using @capacitor-mlkit/barcode-scanning version 7.0.0-next.2, and I noticed that this library uses native code for image processing.

i also need this updated to accept 16kb pages. this is the new requirement for android apps.

APK app-debug.apk is not compatible with 16 KB devices. Some libraries have LOAD segments not aligned at 16 KB boundaries:
lib/arm64-v8a/libimage_processing_util_jni.so
Starting November 1st, 2025, all new apps and updates to existing apps submitted to Google Play and targeting Android 15+ devices must support 16 KB page sizes. For more information about compatibility with 16 KB devices, visit developer.android.com/16kb-page-size.
