Popout Window not compatible with leaflet map or any draggable library

Hi, I have a react app with 2 components, one of which uses a leaflet map and the other uses react-draggable to have some draggable divs. When I popout either of them, I lose all ability to drag for both the map and the draggable divs. I saw in the demo that it is compatibe with openlayers, so does that mean that it isn't compatible with leaflet? As for react-draggable, is there a way to get popout windows to still work? Would love some help with this
