[bug][display][minor] header menu is overlapping in tablet mode

behaviour :
when I use Caprover in split screen it display the tablet mode and the header menu (github, theme switching etc…) is overlapped by the main menu but always displayed (cf screenshot where we can see 'Gi' from github)
