Send system events to webhooks

I need to receive programmatically information about the status of a deploy, but there are other events that might be interesting

Describe the solution you'd like
parallel or instead of the event emails (deploy successful, deploy fail, user login) i would like to call a webhook location

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently i have to parse the event email through something like mailrise.
