Quick bypass for non-commands

When tab-completions are triggered on medium-large-sized directories without a configured command, completion is stalled significantly.

Proposed solution

When the above situation occurs - and it's determined that the command that is being completed is not configured - carapace should quickly fall back to the system's default completion and record that completion as a 'configured' completion - speeding up defaulted usage.

Need more details on this.
Carapace only registers commands it knows 🤔 (embedded/spec/bridge).

It's on Rhel 8 machines, literally any command in one of those directories... That's why I've mentioned it - it's very general - from what I've seen.
