[Table] Allow for columns to accept an icon and render an Icon instead of text for the TableHeader #3806

Allow the Table component's columns prop to accept an icon per column. If an icon is passed in, the TableHeader will use that Icon, and will use name as the iconDescription.

Screenshot above is a simple example of having an icon in a TableHeader in a standard Carbon table.
We want a single TableHeader in a Table to use an Icon rather than text. We need the IoT Table to allow for this as well, as we use the IoT Table in areas where we have nested data rows.
