Should we cover link with icon as Link?

• Compared to Carbon our guidance for links is a bit lacking.
• BUT do we want to duplicate content?
• Maybe we could add links out to the Carbon core guidance to talk about links without icons, which we don't address very well and see without underlines within paragraphs all the time

• Do we want to encourage right or left side icon placement (links to link list [Website] Link list #1598 as well)
• Images OK

Content guidance

• References link with icon as CTA, should we change?

The CTA page has a Types section which displays the type of icon used. Depending on whether we deprecate CTA or not, we might consider shifting this over to the Link with icon page. We could even change it to common icon usage or something similar.
