Statement

This issue tracks a structural reorganization of the Developer Portal to improve navigation and separate content by user type.

How?

I will restructure the sidebar and file locations based on user journeys rather than technical groupings (e.g. separating dev-focused content from infra/operator content).

No content will be modified yet, this is a structural pass only focused on improving flow and discoverability. Content updates will follow in later issues. Related PRs will be linked here.

@0xBora in preparing some external links into content on the Dev Portal that I know has been moved (for another purpose; not related to this review) I've realised how important it will be — especially for SEO purposes — to redirect the old URLs to the new content: perhaps from the time these concurrent "Rearrangement" PRs are pushed to staging.

Hopefully the Netlify preview of the staging branch will allow some means of verification that every old link will redirect to its most appropriate current equivalent. In any case, can you confirm that these URL redirects (in docusaurus.config.js) are on the roadmap for this effort... at least at the end after merging all of these? cc @katomm
