Enable e2e tests on public testnets

Description

In order to get more valuable test toolchain we want to be able to run our e2e test suite on one of the public testnets as well as Mainnet.

Suggested solution

Reuse some code we already have for our smoke tests and make e2e tests on public testnets possible.
This should provide valuable insights since local devnet has perfect conditions without congestion so the testing there is not as real as it could be.
