Fit viewport camera lighting and settings to the runtime camera

-Getting all the post process and lighting values of the current lighting of town 15 and add them so they are the same in the runtime sensor as well

1st iteration:

-They are slightly different due to the code dont letting me go ahead above 1.0 in some parameters. Currently looking for a fix for this
