Error while installing Boost in Windows using Carla 0.9.16

Hello,
I have 2 queries:

1. I am getting an error while installing Boost in Windows using Carla 0.9.16. Attached is the snapshot of the same. Please guide how to solve it.
2. Instead of Building Unreal engine (as it needs an account to be created in their website), can we use zip from "https://github.com/carla-simulator/carla/releases/tag/0.9.16" as it already contains the "CarlaUE4.exe" and I can create the environment variable "UE4_ROOT" to point to this path, is this approach ok?
3. The update.bat file is downloading the content of 20GB, why is it important and what is the content of it?
