Can IPTV streams with separate logins for each stream be used?

I am switching over to a new IPTV provider and they require a separate login/password combo for each stream. My old provider provided the subscribed number of active streams to a single login/password and that worked pretty well for integrating into Plex. I created a virtual HomerunTV instance with the appropriate number of tuners and I was all set.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can use this new approach without having massive duplication of channels?
