Add selection of M3U File or Xtream profile

My provider has probably changed something and the M3U playlist can no longer be updated, even though all parameters are correct.
Everything works perfectly with an Xtream profile (successfully tested on iOS with iSTB).

Is it possible to add a selection option to choose between an M3U file or an Xtream profile (portal URL, username, password)?
