Plex integration - Tuner Issue

Hi.
I tried to implement SM into Plex DVR. I can add the tuner by putting in the SM IP x.x.x.x:7095.
But Plex always said: 0 Channels found. No Channels were found from Plex on newly added SM Tuner.
When I look into Plex Server Log, I can see this that Plex call the SM Server but got 404 for 2 json requests.

With an other Tuner (threadfin) I got http 200 and the Channels are there.

Is this a bug in SM or do I'm wrong?

Did use the HDHR (HDHomeRun) URL? It should look like http://x.x.x.x:7095/s/1 for the "All" group for example.

Those endpoints like discover.json should resolve relative to a complete URL such as: http://x.x.x.x:7095/api/streamgroups/<some_hash>/discover.json
