Description
Describe the need of your request
When the prompt input is empty, pressing backspace starts deleting the files from context. This functionality makes me absolutely insane. I'll be in a conversation, holding down backspace to clear out what I typed, and it all of a sudden starts popping off the files I've added.
I see this functionality was added in #956 , but this backspace functionality wasn't specifically requested. So I'm questioning whether it should remain. I consider it to be surprising behavior, that I question whether people actually want. The functionality seems too indiscriminate to me. Like I can see the use of "clear all" or "clear others than selected". But I just don't see much use in clearing from the end. Especially with something like the backspace key that is really easy to do more than intended.
If not removed, I would at least like to put in an option to disable the behavior. I don't mind putting up a PR for this since it's trivial either way. But I didn't want to do so without knowing the direction first.
