Add option to disable watchers for screenshots #1166

Describe the need of your request
You have a screenshots watcher for the Desktop and screenshots directory. Though this is a useful feature it sort of freaked me a out a bit learning about it. Please add an option to disable this feature, that way the user will feel more in control of what ProxyAI is doing.
