Edit code function, in webstorm, hang the whole IDE forever

What happened?

select som part of code
cmd + shift + P
input my request to change code
click to run
=> whole webstrom hang

Relevant log output or stack trace

I suffered 2 times, after 10 times less to try with the plugin.

PS: 
- I configured with Azure end point, as I can see correct response sometimes so I would assume it's not my configuration problem.

Guessing:
- Maybe it's network issue when call end point(failed in background), but I believe hang the webstorm like editor is totally as unexpected behavior

Steps to reproduce

I have no valid reproduce steps. But it just hang my webstorm 2 times, can not wait until resolve the result and finally I kill it.
