apprise web UI configuration page doesn't include port in URLs #291

What happened
The web UI configuration page doesn't take into consideration the port
Steps to reproduce
see attached screenshot. this configuration page is VERY useful, but the URLs don't take into consideration the port being used as is depicted in the URL bar. this makes copying and pasting the apprise URLs less useful.
Environment
- Apprise API version: 1.3.0
- Apprise version: 1.9.6
- OS and distribution: linux mint
- Install method: docker
- If using Docker: image/tag: latest
