purely_emoji() returns unexpected result

This returns True, for me unexpected, is this intended?

From the documentation:

emoji.purely_emoji(string: str) → bool
Returns True if the string contains only emojis. This might not imply that is_emoji for all the characters, for example, if the string contains variation selectors.

Well, an empty string contains only emojis, given that it doesn't contain any other character.
