Discuss additional episodes in the Instructor Notes #357

How could the content be improved?
The More dropdown has some really nice optional episodes. (See #356 for some discussion of one of them, and whether it should be inserted into the main body of the lesson.)
I think it would be very helpful to have some discussion of these additional episodes in the Instructor Notes for the lesson, e.g. a short description of what is covered, where they would best be inserted into the workshop, and why they are not included in the main body.
