Python 3 on windows is called as python, not python3 #363

How could the content be improved?

This difference is covered in https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/better-research-software/installation-instructions.html#testing-python-3
but the command given to run the code for the first time is linux specific:

$ python3 my\ code\ v2.py

Is it worth mentioning this difference for the first run? Is it necessary to do this every time python3 is called?

Which part of the content does your suggestion apply to?
