Add more general background text on container registries

Finding containers on Docker Hub - Is it also possible to talk about container registries like Quay and DockerHub in general before focusing on DockerHub? Also, docker images can be directly built on Docker Hub if you have a Dockerfile on GitHub. Is this possible to add this bit or will it be out of the scope for the lesson?
