Iterating on packages.R in later lessons #74
Description
In parallel.Rmd and also the WIP hpc.Rmd we add crew imports. However, we don't really have a way to demonstrate that these should be added to packages.R. We currently add the library() calls to _targets.R but this doesn't follow our own principle of hiding this.
