Suggest customizing the name

Suggest the set up page not tell you to name it a specific name bouyant-barnacle. This confused me for a sec making me think I couldn't name the repo informatively and had to call it by that name for some workbench reason

Instead maybe...

Name the repo with an informative name for your lesson, i.e. "py-streamlit-novice".

And then using <YOUR_REPO_NAME> in other places that might reference the name.
