Selecting only specific folders for sync and adding rsync options

Is there a way to select only certain folders for the sync? i.e - only the /config/downloads and /config/media folders and then pass the option --remove-source-files?

Hey @thoppenreys1, had the same request, I just forked the addon: https://github.com/LinusHoppe/hassio-addons. Now you are able to change what directories you want to sync (not on a subfolder level, maybe I'll add that later) and you are able to change the rsync options
