PERCS support

Hey,

Let me state great work on the project! I was wondering if you ever considered having PERCS support in favor of PSR12.

This since it is a semantic extension on PSR12 which is frozen and wont support the later php features like |> and property hooks and such.

Hello. Mago does indeed target PER-CS for formatting. Any violation of PER-CS in the formatter is considered a bug.

The formatter already supports property hooks and the pipe operator. We took the initiative to define their formatting because PER-CS doesn't mention them. However, if PER-CS would recommend a different style, we will update our formatter accordingly.

Ok great! Well the docs state psr12 so thats why im asking

I tried to remove psr-12 references before and replace them with PER-CS, but i guess i missed some 😅
