[CI]Is there any steps for windows continuous Integration?

We are the MSVC test team and would like to use cartographer as part of the compiler testing pipeline via continuous integration. Currently we build cartographer via vcpkg, which does not help us test compiler issues.So I want to ask if there are any build steps that work for windows? Thanks!
