[feature] change the whole frontend UI from Ant Design to Tailwind + shadcn

need to completely migrate to shadcn UI. all Ant Design code and dependencies should be removed

the new frontend code and the old Go backend code should work together as before. the web UI should be able to show and operate the data normally

the new frontend code should use the same frontend port as before and be served by backend as static files as the same way as before
