setting up new account fail

Tried to set up a new CASH Music account today here:
https://cashmusic.org/admin/dosignup/

• entered new email/username/pwd (and checked check box)
• page reloaded ready to log in
• email/pwd gave me a "Try again" red band error

Never received an email for login (checked spam folder too). I double-checked all the data I entered. Did it again. Still doesn't work.

I tried the forgot-my-password route and never got that email either.

Not sure if I just need to wait longer for an email (been 45m) or if something is wrong on your end or just classic user error (me).

Hey there, that's pretty odd. Can you email tom@cashmusic.org with the details you entered, so I can see if there was something in particular that might have triggered this?

I can also check our Mandrill logs, to see if something went south there.
