Need developer link top right corner, between Download and Get Help

Currently, it is hard to find developer documentation for DIY.

We should link to dev.cashmusic.org from the main cashmusic.org website.

That entire site is being replaced tomorrow, and the new "download" link pushes straight to github pages. There's also a new side panel specifically for the latest dev release.

Or okay...we're building the new site tomorrow. Replacing sometime this weekend. But you and LH will be consulted on all the particulars and whatnots.
