This needs two steps:
1- Upload cached retrieved results into hugging face.

For fusion we should go with a name like:
bright-{task}-{fusion}-rrf-....jsonl
Where fusion is in ['bm25-splade', 'bge-splade', 'bm25-bge']

2- Add 2crs.

the dataset name would be something similar to 'bright-{task}' and the retriever method name something like '{fusion}-rrf where the fusion is in ['bm25-splade', 'bge-splade', 'bm25-bge'].

Todo(sahel): share the retrieved jsonl files. 100 and top 1000.

The retrieved jsonl file are uploaded to https://huggingface.co/datasets/castorini/rank_llm_data/tree/main/retrieve_results
.._RRF folders.

@clides the next step here is to change the --requests_file logic added in PR #320 to read from HF first before treating the file path as a local path.
