Removing dependency on Pyserini JDK (and FAISS)

Hi,

Thank you for the great package!

Please, consider removing heavy dependency on Pyserini, Java JDK, and FAISS. These packages are not really required for LLM judges. Loading qrels (and similar functions) can be easily copy-pasted from the original Pyserini package.
