Overview

Adapt the patterns from #5270 and apply them to the FERC EQR datapackage.json with the goal of:

  • integrating the FERC EQR datapackage.json generation directly into a Dagster sset.
  • having as complete a set of metadata as possible
  • creating a v2 compliant Frictionless Data Package
  • validating the datapackage descriptor
