[BUG] Stacks with N5 volumes don't open, thrown an error upon trying

The following error is thrown when attempting to open an image mirror that serves an N5 volume:

This happens for CATMAID projects that had an N5 volume setup as a stack image mirror long ago, and also for new ones.

May relate to recent updates, perhaps related to the N5 painter.

I can replicate the issue and will have a look.

This is now fixed in dev. The problem is related to the fact that your image size isn't a multiple of the block size, leading to "smaller" blocks at the bounday. CATMAID copies the smaller block slices into regular sized tiles. The initially created empty tile was created as a 3D slice ([X, Y, 1]), but a 2D slice was expected by the rest of the code, which normally uses a 2D slice created by ndarray.pick().
