Add support for ncspot

There is ncspot already available as program in home-manager, also the catppuccin theme exists for ncspot:

What would be necessary to get this theme also to work here in ncspot provided by home-manager?

I don't use ncspot, but I'd be happy to take a look at this - it looks like it would be pretty simple to implement

However I can't get ncspot to work in order to test this, just getting an exit code of 1 when running the command, with no further logs
