Hyprtoolkit was just released and now allows theming:

Hey, I've created a catppuccin port for hyprtoolkit nearly two months ago, but it hasn't been accepted (yet).

Adding it to this repo shouldn't be difficult once this gets upstreamed. I could do that if you remind me.
