:Rocks install catppuccin.nvim not working

Description

Running :Rocks install catppuccin.nvim in Neovim does not succeed. The plugin cannot be installed via LuaRocks, which prevents using Catppuccin through this method.

Expected behavior

The Catppuccin theme plugin installs successfully via :Rocks.

Actual behavior

Installation fails with an error message. Rocks cannot find or install the package catppuccin.nvim.

Repro

:Rocks install catppuccin.nvim

It seems to me that this is related to release 2.1.0, pending merge #989.
