2.1.3210 update broke oidc?

Just updated to 2.1.3210 and it seems to have broken organizr for me. This is what I'm seeing in the logs

I had authentik configured and working great prior to the update and I'm struggling to figure out what changed. It looks like all the oidc* settings in the config are new. I'm kicking myself for not taking a backup before upgrading now. Are there any other authentik users out there seeing the same?

I just had the exact same issue right after upgrading. Adding the missing '' to config also fixed.
