Running the solver on a slight modified example from https://github.com/cb-geo/mpm-benchmarks/tree/develop/3d/hydrostatic_column gives NaN vtp output #749

Describe the bug
When I ran the example, which I modified slightly for get .vtp at repo, I get the .vtp files which are NaNs. I am unable to determine if this is due to the error in computation or due to wrong options given in the input mpm.json file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Compile a Debug build

All other required files are same as in the repo whose link is provided.
Expected behavior
Hopefully, the results would not be NaN.

Runtime environment (please complete the following information):
Using Pop! OS - 22.04 LTS x86-64 system.
I cloned the master branch of (this)[https://github.com/geomechanics/mpm] repo yesterday.
