chore(srsilo): increase the covid lookback duration

Given the major SILO memory reduction in:

• chore(srSilo): test preview docker image of SILO Sparse Positions and update LAPIS to 0.6.1 #74

We will gradually extend the COVID lookback period.

Currently, it is set to 3 months or 172.5 million reads (the limit we are hitting). We will increase this by one month at a time until we reach a full season, which is 6-9 months.

• Maximize possible read numbers needed for a full season
• chore(srsilo): 1) increase the COVID lookback duration by XX
• chore(srsilo): 2) increase the COVID lookback duration by XY
• chore(srsilo): 3) increase the COVID lookback duration by XY

Concern:
At some point, the default views - i.e., Manual all mutations — will become quite expensive. Possibly, at that point, we should adjust the default views on GenSpectrum to 90 days. We are already experiencing some timeouts for these requests at 3 months.

We are currently at 4 Months and 235 Mio Reads on Covid running at a meagre 64 GB of Ram. Speed is not noticable worse.

UI can still persist this way.

With 6 Months we perhaps want to make the default UX views, last 90 days?

Handover note: Lookback increased to 4 months in v0.1.0. Original goal was 6-9 months for full season coverage. Continue incrementally.
