srsilo: cleanup potentially outdated playbooks

The #160 is potentially breaking some playbooks of the srsilo role, namely:

• WisePulse/playbooks/srsilo/setup.yml
• WisePulse/playbooks/srsilo/update-compose.yml
• WisePulse/playbooks/srsilo/update-configs.yml

Perhaps it is worth removing them.

Handover note: update-compose.yml and update-configs.yml already removed in dev branch. setup.yml still exists - verify it works with multi-virus structure or remove.
