Create complete test coverage for ElevenLabs integration

Add comprehensive unit tests for all ElevenLabs functionality to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Tests for SpeechProvider ElevenLabs integration and voice handling
• UI component tests for settings, voice selection, and advanced controls
• Error handling and fallback scenario tests (API failures, network issues)
