Well, very late happy new year! And a slightly late happy Valentine's day. Rather than chocolates, I've got you a new CC: Tweaked version!
Normally I'd do a nice long write up of all the new features, but I've got more important things to talk about, so instead I took this one picture with all the new things in1. See if you can spot them all!
I should mention that the Lua changes (#2095 and #2097) are experimental. If you're having issues, or have suggestions, please do file an issue!
10 years of CCTweaks
More important things to talk about? It's meee! I'm the more important thing!
10 years ago today, I released my first mod for Minecraft (and ComputerCraft!), CCTweaks. I actually had to go back to look at the Git history, to see what features the first version added: support for upgrading normal computers to advanced ones, RF refuelling for turtles, and a Lua runtime that compiled to Java bytecode. I'm actually surprised that one of those features is still in CC: Tweaked today (albeit with a a different design) — I did not know what I was doing then2
It's actually been quite fun and nostalgic scrolling through that old forum thread3. Gosh, CCTweaks feels like such a big part of my life, but really it only existed for a couple of years. ElvishJerricco and I finished the modem rewrite in June 2015 (CC:T's wired modem implementation is virtually unchanged from this), Cobalt came the next March, and Unborked in November 2016. Then of course CC was open sourced in May 2017, and CCTweaks died a happy death.
I'm afraid I don't have a good conclusion to this section (or indeed, am unsure if there was any point to it at all). I saw CCTweaks's birthday was coming up, and sometimes it's good to waffle on about something you're fond of.
Ooo eee ooo
So, this is a little belated, but while I'm talking about me, I might as well do some self-promo. I made a resource-pack! It replaces the Minecart trundling noise with Rolling Girl. It is, unironically, my favourite Minecraft-related thing I made last year.

Footnotes
Well, aside from adding back MoreRed support to MC 1.21. ↩
Not sure I do now! ↩
Except the people asking about when I'm updating to the next Minecraft version. Some things never change. >_> ↩
