Can't pull CC:Tweaked into Gradle

Hi! I am trying to update my mod from 1.20.1 to 1.21.1 and this error keeps popping up:

EmbeddedComputerMod:main: Could not resolve cc.tweaked:cc-tweaked-1.21.1-core-api:1.115.1.

Possible solution:

Huh, odd. This shouldn't be a fatal error — Loom catches this error and continues.

If you do a plain ./gradlew build from the command line, does this work any better?

I found a solution and it just confuses me even more

I had both pulled fabric things into compile time which was fine on 1.20.1
but i had to rearrange them on 1.21.1, and besides removing the error and making it go past compilation it works fine?

Now no error appears and its happy? Weird
