Try color-coding the characteristics table

The characteristics table is currently a bit hard to scan for a quick view of how similar each comp is to the target property. We could make this easier by applying conditional formatting to color-code each characteristic cell based on how similar they are to the target property. Quick mockup here:

Note that unlike the mockup, we should use a colorblind-friendly color palette.
