project metaclass

Need to create a project metaclass that will be the main point of interaction. The user will specify a list of tools (sequence, structure, simulation etc.) and data sources (under apis) and a list of containers (to be used with the container class).

There should also be a depth parameter about how deep the search should be per source (max 2-3 probably) that is

search one item and then search other sources for the same thing, return some results, they will likely have other things from the same source so do the same for everything that are mentioned in that search and repeat other db searches back and forth. This will probably take couple of days to complete.

This includes searching for papers and building the knowledgebase (see next issue).
