Unify Reset Graph button behavior

Some newer graphs contain a Reset button because this was used in the Mathematica interactives. This could definitely be useful for all graph types, maybe toggled with a displayResetButton option in the editor components in editors/, alongside displaySliders.

Also, the functionality of this button can be integrated with graphUtils.getDefaultGraphState to get the reset state from the default graph state.
