Improve JSXGraph line rendering / positioning #4107
Description
Our JSXGraph scenes record each line's offset and store that as data on the graph. Because the lines don't always have infinite length, this can lead to strange behavior.
For example, a bug can be seen in the "Linear Demand and Supply: 3 Functions" graph (graph type 8):
