Cherr doesn't immediately flush

cherr <= "1";
0.5::second => now;
cherr <= "2";

This flushes immediately in miniAudicle.

The default behavior of Emscripten is only to flush stdout and stderr on newline. stderr doesn't auto-flush like ChucK. This would require a modification of Emscripten's default_tty1_ops in webchuck.js to remove check for val === 10 (newline) to flush each character immediately.

This could degrade print performance and would also be incompatible with console.log(), which logs a line.

Kicking the bucket down the road for now...
